Shipping policy

Same Day Dispatch

All orders made before 9am AEST will ship the same business day.  We ship mostly through Australia Post and pack carefully using a minimum 2 layers of bubble wrap and padded bags where applicable.  

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday - Friday.  Weekend orders will be dispatched on the Monday.

"Pre-Order" and "Back-Order" Items

If your cart contains a "pre-order" item, the entire order will be prepared when all items are available. This is generally the day prior to the product's scheduled release date. If there are multiple "pre-order" items, your order will be prepared once the final item is available. 

Please note that the manufacturer of each product has the right to change the scheduled release date. 

Flat Rate Shipping on Domestic Orders

Treasure Collectables provides flat rate shipping* for both regular and express services for standard size parcels Australia Wide.

Tracking number will be provided. 

Express Shipping Delivery Times

If you are within the Australia Post Express Next Day Delivery Network (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html) your order should be received the next business day.  If not, it may take up to 3 business days.

Domestic Shipping Restrictions 

We are currently unable to dispatch to "parcel locker" locations as provided by companies such as Australia Post. In the event that your order has this type of address listed for delivery, the team may reach out to request a fixed address such as a business workplace or home address.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer shipping internationally.
